Purchasing Goods from Ausinfoshop

Goods from Ausinfoshop may be purchased by credit card online.

When you register as a new user for the Ausinfoshop Online Shop or visit the Ausinfoshop Online Shop as a current user to browse the products and services that are available through Ausinfoshop, we will collect, use and store personal information such as your name, address and contact details. If you place an order we will need you to fill out a form and become a registered user. This information will only be used to process your order and arrange payment and delivery unless you consent to other uses of that information. If you do not supply this information, we may be unable to process or dispatch your order.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars.

The listed prices are subject to change without notice. However the price indicated at the time your on-line order is processed will stand. The listed prices include goods and services tax ('GST') for purchases within Australia.

Online Payment Security

Ausinfoshop orders are processed by our service provider, ANZ e-Gate, where you can make a payment using any accepted credit card.

All transaction data including credit card details sent by the client to Ausinfoshop and to the ANZ e-Gate payment system are encrypted using a 128-bit SSL certificate.

Ausinfoshop and ANZ e-gate ensures merchants and their customers' security using only the latest and strongest measures available.

Tax Invoice

A Tax Invoice / Receipt will be issued with your order on receipt of payment to Ausinfoshop.

Delivery

Ausinfoshop will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within 2-5 days, depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package.

Most electronic products (downloads) that are charged for are available immediately upon receipt of payment or within 2-3 hours but could take up to 24 hours depending on the amount of traffic and unforseen technical problems within the global email network.

Ausinfoshop has no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser as a consequence of any delay to deliver the goods on time.

Refunds

Refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods provided they are returned to Ausinfoshop within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given for a change of mind.

Limitation of Liability

Ausinfoshops liability to the purchaser arising in connection with the use of the goods is limited to the cost of replacing the goods. Ausinfoshop has no liability for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages.

Governing Law

The sale of goods is governed by the law applicable in the Australian Capital Territory.
